About the Role
As a Financial Strategy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for service contracts reporting, ensuring revenue and cost recognition aligns with Group guidelines, establishing site budgets, tracking monthly site performance, developing forecasts, identifying financial risks, supporting month-end close, and collaborating with teams to resolve financial posting issues. You will also perform audit tasks, streamline compliance tasks, and develop dashboards and reporting packages using data from various systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject.
- Minimum 3 years of financial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and BI.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Master's degree, CPA, or MBA.
- Experience with Workday or Adaptive.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build organized spreadsheets.
