About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with daily supervision of teller line activity, performing teller duties, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You will also service customers by opening new accounts, taking loan applications, and resolving customer issues while maximizing selling and referral opportunities.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years cash handling experience, prior banking experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
- Strong ability to conduct relationships with customers.
Preferred:
- Detailed oriented, strong organizational skills and high degree of accuracy.
