- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in the financial services or consulting industry
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience with business transformation and regulatory remediation
- Strong project/program management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of financial services business models and products
- Experience in banking, digital assets, or capital markets
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience with product management, regulatory compliance, or risk management
- Direct experience at a financial services regulator
- Experience developing bank licensing applications
- Experience with systems related to trading, operations, or compliance monitoring
- Experience in process design and user acceptance testing
- Experience translating risk requirements to user stories
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
