About the Role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, provide analysis of results and forecasts, manage a team of FP&A analysts, and develop strategies to minimize financial risks. You will partner with account executives to create business plans and contribute to the annual planning process while incorporating innovative ideas and best practices.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance leadership within a professional services provider.
- Experience managing financial operations and leading a finance function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Oracle or ERP accounting systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Preferred:
- Experience with finance and accounting in a government services context.
- Experience leading an FP&A function or Program Control Lead for a large government contract.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
