About the Role
As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for financial reporting and budget analysis, maintaining budget spreadsheets, preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing budget allocations, monitoring fiscal year spending, assisting with audit requirements, and supporting DHA-FE Clinical Lease financial program execution. You will also develop tracking tools, conduct financial analytics, and implement process improvements while providing strategic guidance to leadership.
About You
Required:
- Must be able to obtain a CAC.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and expertise in managing relational databases for financial management.
- Hands-on experience with DoD financial processes and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative or program manager support with a bachelor's degree, or three years with a master's degree, or eight years without a degree.
