About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Supply Chain Finance function by conducting monthly close, variance analysis, and budget-to-actual reporting. You will analyze trends in cost of sales and operational expenses, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and prepare financial models for supply chain initiatives. The position requires developing fluency with financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and being part of a collaborative team focused on scaling a nationally recognized brand.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Supply Chain.
- 1+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; FP&A software a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
