About the Role
As a Financial Accounting Advisory Services - IPO and SPAC Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on strategic financing opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and analyzing precedent transactions. You will play a key role in helping clients transition to public markets and manage their interactions with Wall Street and other service providers.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of recent experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank.
- Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
- Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
- Established networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours and locations as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transaction alternatives.
- Ability to supervise, coach, and mentor team members.
