About You
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, finance operating model design, shared services, or performance improvement, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Anaplan.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and deliver measurable improvements in finance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
