Nightwing is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their High Consequence Missions (HCM) Finance Team in Dulles, VA. The role involves preparing financial reports, budgets, and invoices while ensuring compliance with cost parameters and government guidelines.
About the Role
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and submitting customer financial deliverables, developing time-phased budgets, forecasting and analyzing bookings, sales, profit, and cash. You will also oversee contract funding, support program billings, and perform ad-hoc analysis. Collaboration with other functions and the customer is essential.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field of study.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Results and detail oriented.
- Proactive, creative, and innovative with critical and strategic thinking.
- Sound critical thinking, problem identification, and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office Products (Word, Project).
Preferred:
- Familiar with government contracting.
