About the Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for resolving problems at the wellsite, managing a team of Field Operators, coordinating operations with the rig and production facility, advising on logging operations, and maintaining equipment and records. You will also promote good customer relations and ensure all activities comply with safety and legal standards.

About You

Required:

University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science and 2+ years of related experience in Wireline Completions operations.
In-depth knowledge of Wireline Completions operations, products, and services.

Preferred:

Two-year Technical Associates Degree and 4+ years of related experience.
Completion of Field Technical Lead II CMP requirements.
Previous experience supervising frontline Wireline Operations teams.
