About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing both customer-facing and internal support tasks. Your responsibilities will include commissioning, installation, start-up, warranty, and paid services. You will provide technical support for electrical issues, assemble electrical systems, install and maintain control systems, and perform repairs at customer facilities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and modify PLC and HMI programs.
About You
Required:
- Experience in providing technical support for electrical systems.
- Proficiency in assembling electrical and electronic systems based on engineering specifications.
Preferred:
- Willingness to travel 20-60% as required.
- Proficiency in programming software, specifically Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and Servo programming.
