About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, executing specialized service procedures, and providing on-call support. You will also handle parts ordering, maintain communication with customers, and complete necessary documentation while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
About You
Required:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
- Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Must possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis unassisted.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications.
- General mechanical aptitude.
- Computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
