ENGEL North America is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves installing and servicing injection molding machines and providing customer training and support.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will perform work remotely at customer sites, troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines and robots. Your responsibilities will include conducting tests and inspections on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components, performing safety checks, educating customers on equipment operation, managing customer issues, and providing regular reports to the Service Manager.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years of experience in injection molding troubleshooting or processing.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with ENGEL machines and robots.
