About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting machine issues, performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring equipment functionality. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide solutions, conduct quality inspections, and prepare service documentation. The position requires a proactive approach to customer service and adherence to safety policies.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in electronics or professional certificate in industrial trades or technical discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in maintenance or service of packaging equipment in a food, beverage, chemical, or industrial environment.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel up to 90% domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
