About the Role
As a Field Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing quality workmanship in mobile repairs, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will learn the logistics of the railroad industry, document work performed, and interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role includes operating various hand and power tools, performing mechanical repairs, and completing required training.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service via phone and face-to-face interaction.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BRC generation software/shop operating system.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (Cranes, Jacks) and Forklifts.
