About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to pass drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
- Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as primary driver.
- Ability to travel to assigned store locations and events.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to work full-time in a retail environment.
- Capable of standing for entire shifts except breaks.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restrictions.
- Capable of lifting and transporting tools up to 50 lbs., reaching/lifting overhead, ascending/descending ladders, and assembling tools and displays.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

- Starting hourly wage between $24.04 and $25.96, targeting an annual salary of $50k–$54k.
