- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Construction Management, or Safety.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in insurance loss control, underwriting, or claims.
- Professional designations such as CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, or CPCU.
