Summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Immunology Dermatology division to join their team in the Dallas South Territory.
About the Role
As a Field Reimbursement Manager, you will serve as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers regarding patient access to J&J Immunology therapies. Your responsibilities will include educating HCPs on product coverage, collaborating with sales representatives, addressing access issues, and building strong relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in a hospital or provider office setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits, coding, and billing.
- Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience.
- Ability to establish relationships and collaborate across a matrix organization.
- Problem-solving ability to navigate challenging access scenarios.
- Experience with patient support HUB services.
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Ability to maintain up to 50% travel.
- Permanent residence in the listed territory.
Preferred:
- Immunology disease state experience.
- Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications in prior authorization and/or billing and coding.
- Strong market access acumen related to payer approval processes.
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer initiatives affecting reimbursement.
- Excellent technical knowledge in payer policy, including reimbursement elements.
- Competence with salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
