As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all stages of the construction process, collaborating with architects and contractors, developing detailed project plans, conducting site inspections, implementing advanced engineering techniques, preparing project updates, resolving construction issues, and continuously improving construction processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on structural engineering.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software.
Preferred:
- Professional engineering (PE) license.
