As a Field Claims Specialist, you will handle all assigned claims promptly and effectively, determine proper policy coverages, maintain current knowledge of insurance practices, and deliver outstanding customer service. This position requires travel to policy locations and may involve desk adjusting depending on claim volume.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience.
- Solid experience/proficiency with Xactimate.
- Strong customer service competency.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Construction background/experience - Residential, Roofing, Remodeling, Water mitigation, etc.
- Experience in a customer service environment, including flexible work schedules and extended work hours.
