As a Field Case Manager, you will serve as a patient advocate, coordinating care for injured workers and facilitating communication between all parties involved. You will apply your medical knowledge to assist in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning while enjoying a flexible, home-based work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in health or human services field required.
- RN licensure preferred or certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
- Valid driver's license and high-speed internet required.
Preferred:
- Experience in case management or rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
