About the Role
As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for caring for patients with multiple chronic conditions in a rural community. The role involves providing outpatient services, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and no on-call duties. You will see approximately 12-14 patients per day and utilize the RPMS electronic health record system.
About You
Required:
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
- Any state license.
- Board Certified.
