About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for managing walk-in and same-day appointments for patients aged 2 and up, performing minor office procedures, conducting physicals, and evaluating patients for workers' compensation injuries. You will work within a team-based culture supported by Emory Healthcare's resources.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and appropriate state license.
- 2+ years of experience in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Preferred:
- ABMS Board certification in internal medicine or family practice.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and medical coding.
