About the Role
As a Facilities Management Intern, you will assist in daily oversight of building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. You will help track and manage maintenance requests and preventive maintenance schedules, support the IT Help Desk team in coordinating with third-party vendors, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations, and update facility records and emergency procedures.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with facility management software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of building systems and safety procedures.
