About the Role
As a Facilities Technician-3, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, troubleshooting and repairing systems and equipment, installing office fixtures, conducting preventative maintenance, and conversing with equipment operators to diagnose issues. You will also test faulty equipment, replace defective components, and calibrate equipment according to specifications.
About You
Required:
- Typically requires 2 years in the maintenance trades and on-the-job training.
- Working knowledge of shop math and ability to utilize tools and measuring instruments.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or related certifications.
- A Journeyman's license in the electrical or mechanical trade.
