About the Role
As the F135 Fan Ducts IPT Lead, you will coordinate and lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to meet task and technical requirements, communicate status and technical content to management and external customers, perform Control Account Manager duties, integrate part-level sourcing activities, and develop risk mitigation plans. You will also be responsible for motivating team members and providing technical guidance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, or an Advanced Degree in the same fields with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated strong team and strategic leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Aerospace/jet engine industry experience, particularly with gas turbine compressors.
- Experience in a team leader role or similar task leadership position.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, Smartsheets, and project management tools.
