Required:
- Sales experience in the automotive industry, banking, insurance, or finance.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work well with others and a solution-based approach.
Preferred:
- 2+ years automotive dealership finance experience.
- Prior automotive sales management experience.
