About the Role
As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for completing machine setups for production runs, monitoring the production process, inspecting materials, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and training new crew members. You will also ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years' experience operating a Tandem Extruder.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with executive leadership and staff.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
