About the Role

As an Experienced Clinical Nurse in Critical Care, you will be responsible for managing and providing patient care in the ICU, assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. You will participate in evidence-based practice, document care according to established standards, and act as a patient advocate. The position requires working evening and night shifts, including weekends.

About You

Required:

Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of one year of recent RN experience in an ICU setting.

Preferred:

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
At least two years of Critical Care experience.
