- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) with 5 years of Supply Chain experience
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
- SAP experience
- Certificate in Inventory, CPIM (Planning and Inventory Management)
- ASEM (American Society of Engineering Management) member
- Experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, and OSG
