About the Role
As a Catering Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading your team, developing internal culinary talent, delivering delightful culinary experiences, and ensuring a friendly hospitality environment. You will also drive sustainability programs, manage financial responsibilities, and create a culture of food and workplace safety.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3-5 years off-premise catering commissary experience with 3 years at a leadership level at a high-end caterer.
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
- General management skills and the ability to lead team members.
Preferred:
- Culinary degree preferred, not required.
- Track record of both food and workplace safety management.
- Mentoring and teaching skills with direct reports & peers.
