About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter, VP Practice, you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process, developing search strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver high-quality search deliverables. You will act as a domain talent expert, providing insights into the external talent market and supporting the leadership at Google in defining the senior technical talent needed to drive the company's strategy.
About You
Required:
- 8 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process.
- 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g. VP+ talent).
- 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.
Preferred:
- 4 years of experience in recruiting with AI/ML or cloud technologies.
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high quality search deliverables.

- Base salary range of $158k–$235k + bonus + equity + benefits.
