Summary
Cognizant is seeking an Executive Program Director - BFS to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves leading program management activities for large-scale, complex, multi-service programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective client relationships.
About the Role
As an Executive Program Director, you will establish and oversee program governance, manage delivery estimation and planning, track progress against established metrics, and drive business value through effective scope and change management. You will collaborate with commercial teams to identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and lead a team focused on career growth and diversity.
About You
Required:
- 20+ years in strategy, operations, process consulting, stakeholder management, project/program delivery within legacy modernization or digital transformations.
- Project/Program training and certifications (PMI/SAFe 5.0/Prince II).
- Experience in delivering at least 3 or more complex programs involving teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management, communication, and relationship.
- Experience in contract management.
Preferred:
- Experience in delivering transformational commitment, productivity goals, offshoring commitment.
- Experience in leading/managing structured deals, takeover/acquisition, or divesture programs.
- MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
