About the Role
As the Executive Operations Director, you will serve as a strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring that decision-making aligns with the company's highest priorities. Your responsibilities will include managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, drafting communications, and supporting business development efforts. You will also facilitate board communications and lead special projects to enhance business processes.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of executive-level support or operations experience, ideally in fast-paced, PE-backed, or growth-stage environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven discretion and emotional intelligence.
Preferred:
- Experience in P&C insurance organization.
- Strong pattern recognition, critical thinking, and anticipation skills.
- Systems thinker who can automate and improve processes.
