About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations in high-stakes, uncertain environments.
- A distinct strength in one or more areas: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial operations at scale.
- A structured mindset with a strong bias toward execution, capable of moving from planning to action independently.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow and expedite delivery.
