About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience with calendar and travel management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented team player.
