About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will assist top-level executives with various administrative tasks such as managing executive schedules, arranging travel, preparing reports and presentations, and supervising lower-level clerical staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, ensuring the operation of office equipment, and interacting with clients and visitors.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
