About the Role
As an Event Operations Assistant, you will collaborate with the Director of Events for planning, utilize the event reservation system for setup details, prepare event spaces, coordinate rental equipment, provide light housekeeping, and embrace diversity in your daily work. You will also play a role in fund development and membership efforts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Physical ability to do manual labor.
- Ability to work occasionally on weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Currently valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must hold membership in the Girl Scout organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in event planning or operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
