Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Kalamazoo, MI. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers.
About the Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting needed repairs, and ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will play a key role in achieving the repair facility's KPIs and ensuring compliance with all insurance client requirements.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in compliance for DRP's.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
- Awareness of where to look for answers.
