Summary
PATH is seeking an Epidemic Preparedness and Response Intern to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves supporting various initiatives within the Epidemic Preparedness and Response program, focusing on the STRIDES project.
About the Role
As an Epidemic Preparedness and Response Intern, you will provide support to the EPR initiative, including literature reviews, creating communication materials, and participating in project coordination and technical calls. You will assist in project startup activities and help facilitate communication across global teams, gaining hands-on experience in project management and coordination within a global health organization.
About You
Required:
- Current student enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program at an accredited university.
- Strong project coordination and management skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of and interest in global health, international development, MEL, and project management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.
Preferred:
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment.
- International work or study experience.
- French or Spanish language skills.
