About the Role
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, prioritize and coordinate staff activities, and provide guidance and technical assistance to employees. You will serve as a liaison between Environmental Services and other departments, respond to requests for assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, interview and train new employees, and maintain inventory for patient care.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory position required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written communications.
- Demonstrated leadership, team building and employee development skills.
Preferred:
- Associates degree preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in an Environmental Services or Healthcare setting preferred.
- IEHA or AHA Professional in Environmental Services certification preferred.
- HAZWOPER/hazmat Operations Certification preferred.
