About the Role
As an Environmental Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing regulatory counseling, and handling transactional and/or litigation matters under major environmental programs such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. You will work closely with clients on environmental investigations and cleanup programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
About You
Required:
- 2-5 years of substantive experience in environmental law.
- Experience in state or federal administrative law.
Preferred:
- Regulatory counseling experience.
- Transactional and/or litigation experience under major environmental programs.
