rabbittransit is seeking an Enterprise Systems Integration Manager to join their team in York or Harrisburg, PA. The role involves leading the strategic implementation, integration, and expansion of a real-time, dashboard-centric Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and information reporting system.
About the Role
As the Enterprise Systems Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform, developing project timelines, collaborating with department heads to design dashboards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. You will also contribute to organizational innovation and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, business analysis, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and data integration methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with real-time dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Experience in change management and user training.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
