Summary
NTT DATA North America is seeking an Enrollment and Billing Representative to join their team in a permanent remote position. The role involves assisting with Enrollment & Billing Back Office activities for Medicaid.
About the Role
As an Enrollment and Billing Representative, you will oversee data integrity of member enrollment records, provide support for the eligibility load process, correct errors in membership data, generate reports, and maintain quality standards. You will also be responsible for entering daily eligibility data and resolving disputes related to members/subscribers.
About You
Required:
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Sunday - Saturday 7am EST to 8pm EST (40 hours/5 days).
- Good English comprehension and written skills with exposure to MS Office.
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Ability to interact with clients.
