About You
- Bachelor's degree in reading education or closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education, preferably in a 2-year college or high school setting.
- Completion of Military Service Instructor Training Course (ITC) or equivalent instructor training.
- Master's degree in reading education or closely related field.
- Experience developing academic improvement programs.
- Familiarity with Technical Training Equipment and devices.
