About You
- 3+ years of experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or a similar degree.
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills in English.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with a modern GNU/Linux distribution, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
- Practical experience with at least one of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Passion for software development and developing people.
