About the Role
As the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to production equipment and processes. You will collaborate with corporate engineering on updates and improvements, install and maintain electrical systems, and implement process improvements. Your responsibilities will also include supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Robotics, or a related field.
- Eight years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role or a related role.
- Extensive experience with PLC programming and electrical systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with Fanuc Robotics and Cognex vision systems.
- Strong background in HMI programming and automated assembly systems.
