About the Role
As an Engine Control On Board Diagnostics Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure all requirements are met on time and with high quality. Your responsibilities will include performing controls assessments, managing prototype software development, and creating necessary documentation for controls development activities. You will also provide technical reviews and approvals for propulsion capabilities and manage special projects focused on quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong experience in engine control and data analysis.
- Understanding of System Requirements Engineering and Controls Design.
- Strong interpersonal communication and team leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree with emphasis on internal combustion engines, electrical power conversion, or related fields.
- Experience in decomposing intended function into controls design documents.
- Deep experience in MATLAB, SIMULINK, and AUTOSAR Architecture.
- Critical traits such as being action-oriented, customer-focused, and strong problem-solving skills.
