Summary
CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness, Inc. is seeking an Engagement & Connection Specialist to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves engaging individuals with substance use disorders and linking them to appropriate treatment services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As an Engagement & Connection Specialist, you will coordinate integrated care services, conduct outreach in community settings, perform screenings and assessments, assist with treatment linkages, and provide case management and support. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of high-risk populations.
About You
Required:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and no related experience, or
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a non-healthcare related field and 6 months relevant experience, or
- Associate's degree in a healthcare field and 6 months related experience, or
- Associate's degree in a non-healthcare field and 1-year related experience, or
- Certified Medical Assistant and 1-year related experience, or
- Certified Peer Support Specialist and 1-year related experience, or
- High School diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.
Preferred:
- Valid Arizona Driver's license and proof of current insurance.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violations or a license suspension in the past 3 years.
