Summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves assisting the Producer in managing day-to-day business needs and bridging the gap between the Producer and the service team.

About the Role

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will utilize planning calendars and renewal timelines to manage client requests, prepare presentations, assist clients with claims and billing issues, and conduct employee benefit educational meetings. You will also ensure smooth implementation of carrier changes, stay updated on employee benefits trends, and mentor internal service representatives.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or related fields.

Preferred:

College degree in a relevant field.
Working knowledge of employee benefit plans including HMOs, PPOs, and HSAs.
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Georgia Life and Health license.
